I came by for an early dinner and was seated near the door. The first thing that struck me was how warm the restaurant is, which did not make for a good dining experience as I was perspiring towards the end. I got the Nasi Goreng Ayam (42K) which was very flavourful, but could do with more chicken pieces. I also got the salted egg soft shell crab (78K) which was so crispy, and the salted egg sauce went quite well with the fried rice. For a balanced meal, I got the pohcay bawang puti (53K) and the water spinach was quite tender. Overall a very filling meal.
Taste nice, portion fulfilling and the waitress are kind. The Hainan Rice and Wonton taste good, although the Garlic Pakcoy was less crunchy than I hope it will be. But unfortunately when we I visit the place, the roast duck and roast chicken was out. I also heard other customer was told another menu was out when ordering. So it was actually a bit downer for me, since they didn't mention it when I was looking at the menu at the front of the resto before entering.
I ordered duck noodles and veal noodles, it tasted delicious but it took a long time to wait. Even though it was quiet before dinner time. The noodles were soft but when I complained, they were willing to exchange them. The congfan is delicious, the flour is thin and soft, it has a lot of shrimp filling, but the sauce is too thick so it's a bit salty. The shrimp cong fun is soft, there is a lot of filling but unfortunately the sauce is really salty..
Chinese food resto in PVJ, served halal food, taste good, the price bit high but still in range. You can find vegetarian menu here, like mie goreng tiga jamur, and various vegetable sautee..please, enjoy your meal!!
Quite good Halal Chinese food here. We enjoyed the wonton soup, sautéed veggies, chicken wings filled with minced prawn. Fast service and good portions and prices.
We were welcomed by mba Dwi most graciously , who said veg meal can be arranged and showed us to a table fr 5. Our server mas Rafi , took our orders with great detail n care as 3 of us were vegetarians. We enjoyed our dinner of Mie 3 jamur, nasi goreng veggie, angsio tahu, borcolli bawang putih. While our other friends enjoyed their chicken dish and sea food bowl. We will surely dine here more often when in PVJ healthier food options.
